Remember the lesson we learnt on ‘water vapour’ in science all those years ago? The Cool Flow Technology uses a similar technique. Air is passed over or through a wet pad or membrane, kept moist with water. As it starts moving over the wet surface, the water (too small for us to see) evaporates and absorbs the heat in the air. When cool water absorbs hot air, it lowers the temperature, turning it into cool air. This then circulates in the desired space and is what cools you down.
